You’ll have everything you need for a great race week, including 7-nights of Premium 4- or 5-star accommodations, flexible round trip airport shuttles (Munich airport), daily breakfast, all transfers to and from Roth, and help from our highly experienced Challenge Roth pro guides. At the VIP tier, you’ll also have priority access to our bike mechanics, special discounts on travel services like bike shipping, and exclusive Challenge Roth VIP Tour merchandise.
The Le Meridien Grand and the Park Plaza hotel share a roof, a bike room, and tour leadership. This is one of the best places to be if you love sightseeing, dining, shopping and having the main Nuremberg train station across the block. Area swimming pools, bike routes, and places to go for a run are easy to navigate. No need to rent a car; we provide all transfers throughout race week. A limited number of Junior Suites are available at either hotel.
All Challenge Roth tour packages will include access to purchase a guaranteed race entry, if you need one, until October 30, 2025, or when we are sold out. The race entry fee is 799 Euros ($875 USD) for 2026.

What’s Included
ACCESS TO BUY Challenge Roth individual race entry. Race code access expires October 30, 2025, or when we are fully sold out. The race sells out to the general public in 40 seconds, so guarantee your start line conveniently through RaceQuest. Bringing a team or club? All athletes in your group are guaranteed to get in!
PREMIUM ACCOMMODATIONS for 7 nights at your choice of the Le Meridien Grand or Park Plaza hotel in Old Town Nuremberg.
EXPERIENCED TOUR LEADERS: Personal support from Roth-experienced guides who care about every aspect of your tour, your travel and the event. Our tour leaders have the expertise and critical local knowledge to assist you with your needs throughout the tour. Many have raced Challenge Roth, and all tour leaders have many years of Roth race tour experience.
ALL GROUND TRANSPORTATION: Leave the driving to us! We include round trip airport shuttles to the hotel from Munich airport, and all transportation to key race week activities in Roth. Transfer time to Roth is approximately 20 minutes.
DAILY BREAKFAST: Enjoy a full breakfast each day with hot and cold buffet options.
PRIVATE WELCOME PARTY: Held on Wednesday evening in Roth, this catered event is a favorite of past Roth travelers featuring Challenge Roth tour leaders and special guest speakers. This is only available to our 7-night tour guests. Before the party, you’ll have a private shopping opportunity at the Challenge Roth merchandise store.
RACE COURSE ORIENTATION: We give you a detailed look at the swim course, transition, and we drive the bike course together (one lap) and show you the run course, highlighting key points along the way. Valuable information for race day.
BIKE & BAGS RETRIEVAL AFTER THE RACE: We transport your bike to T1 for check-in, and after the race we retrieve your bike and 2 gear bags from T2 and deliver them back to the hotel for you on Monday mid-morning, saving your legs and giving you time to celebrate at the finish line!
PRO BIKE MECHANIC: Should a bike emergency arise, you’ll have access to our professional bike mechanics stationed at the hotel. You can also upgrade with the Pro Bike Service package at checkout for $250. This optional add-on service includes bike assembly, any adjustments to get dialed in, safety check and re-packing of your bike after the race.
VIP RACE DAY: Spectators who are booked on any of the Challenge Roth tours will have access to a spectacular race day! We have our own spectator zone at the swim start with hot coffee, tea, and pastries, then we guide you to Solar Hill to the bike course for snacks, cold drinks and transportation in our air-conditioned motor coaches to our cheer zone on the run course. We also include drinks, fan “swag” and a place at the local pub we’ve rented out to cheer on the runners. We are near the finisher stadium, so you won’t miss any of the action on race day! Many spectators on tour have told us the fun and convenience of their race day services was absolutely “worth the price of admission!”

Redeveloped as a luxury hotel in 2016, the Park Plaza Nuremberg is a modern, elegant hotel next door to the Le Meridien Grand. As we are using both hotels for the tour, you will have access to the bike room in the Le Meridien and enjoy the convenience of the best dining, shopping and sightseeing opportunities of the Nuremberg pedestrian zone at your doorstep.
Room choices here include larger Executive single or double occupancy (King bed or 2 Twins), Junior Suites, and Superior Atrium single or double occupancy rooms. Park Plaza hotel amenities include room service, sauna, fitness room, 48” HD Smart TV and an excellent onsite restaurant and lobby bar.

Terms and Conditions
All Challenge Roth Tour details are subject to change. Challenge Roth race entry is purchased in a separate transaction, online, from the race office, using the access code we provide to you. You are responsible for activating your personal code and link in order to register, typically a 72-hour time window. All of our race entry access codes expire on October 30, 2025, or when we are fully sold out. Challenge Roth governs the race entry. Individual race entry is 799 Euros.
IMPORTANT: Please be aware that after December 30, 2025 no changes or refunds will be made for any Challenge Roth tour, no exceptions. Travel insurance recommendations can be found below.
Interest-Free Payment Schedule
You may elect to make payments with our interest-free installment plan. We process your initial $750 per person deposit (non-refundable), and collect a second installment on July 1 of 50% of your remaining balance. A final balance is collected on November 30, 2025.
We can also customize a payment plan for you. All tour payments must be completed no later than November 30, 2025. All pricing stated is per person. Athletes and spectators are charged the same price, as you have access to the services, activities, tours and transfers, regardless of your racing status.
Airfare is not included, but we are happy to help you with complimentary air travel planning. Transaction fees for our credit card transactions will be collected in addition to stated tour fees. Please consider a travel insurance solution to fit your individual needs. We partner with World Nomads to offer several options to help you mitigate your risk of financial loss should you need to cancel your tour after December 30, 2025.
There are additional trip coverage plans out there that offer a “Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) addendum such as Seven Corners. It’s important to note that if you opt for a CFAR plan, this typically must be purchased within 20 days of your initial trip deposit, and will cover up to 75% of your trip expenses.
