Located in a quiet, leafy suburb 5 minutes from downtown Nuremberg, with sightseeing, dining, and shopping at your doorstep, the Challenge Roth Classic 5-Night Tour is also conveniently situated for training near two swimming pools and an expansive green park where you can bike and run.

All Challenge Roth tour packages include access to purchase your guaranteed race entry, if you need one, until October 30, 2025, or when we reach sold-out status. The race entry fee is 799 Euros ($875 USD) for 2026.

Enjoy access to swimming pools, scenic places to test out your bike or get in an easy run, and at just 25 minutes from Roth, it’s an ideal location to enjoy your race week. No need to rent a car, we provide your transfers for all Roth race week events. The Ramada Park Nuremberg also offers a limited number of interconnecting rooms and Family Rooms, making this an ideal tour to bring your whole crew!

What’s Included

ACCESS TO BUY Challenge Roth individual race entry. Race code access expires October 30, 2025, or when we are fully sold out. The race sells out to the general public in 40 seconds, so guarantee your start line conveniently through RaceQuest. Bringing a team or club? All athletes in your group are guaranteed to get in! Race entry fee is 799 Euros ($875 USD).

4-STAR ACCOMMODATIONS in at Ramada Park Nuremberg for you and your guests. Choose Single, Double or Twin Share occupancy. A limited number of Family Rooms and interconnecting rooms are also available. The rooms here are spacious, air-conditioned, non-smoking and have full-sized bath tubs for a deep soak.

EXPERIENCED TOUR LEADERS: Personal support from Roth-experienced guides who care about every aspect of your tour, your travel and the event. Our tour leaders have the expertise and critical local knowledge to assist you with your needs throughout the tour. Many have raced Challenge Roth, and all tour leaders have many years of Roth race tour experience.

ALL GROUND TRANSPORTATION: Leave the driving to us! We include round trip airport shuttles to the hotel from Munich airport, and all transportation to key race week activities in Roth. Transfer time to Roth is approximately 25 minutes.

DAILY BREAKFAST: Enjoy a full breakfast each day with hot and cold buffet options.

SWIM COURSE PRACTICE: We give you a detailed look at the swim course, transition, and you can swim in the canal. After this, we give you a detailed bike and run course orientation briefing. Valuable information for race day.

BIKE & BAGS RETRIEVAL AFTER THE RACE: We transport your bike to T1 for check-in, and after the race we retrieve your bike and 2 gear bags from T2 and deliver them back to the hotel for you on Monday mid-morning, saving your legs and giving you time to celebrate at the finish line!

PRO BIKE MECHANIC: Should a bike emergency arise, you’ll have access to our professional bike mechanics stationed at the hotel. You can also upgrade with the Pro Bike Service package at checkout for $250. This optional add-on service includes bike assembly, any adjustments to get dialed in, safety check and re-packing of your bike after the race.

VIP RACE DAY: Spectators who are booked on any of the Challenge Roth tours will have access to a spectacular race day! We have our own spectator zone at the swim start with hot coffee, tea, and pastries, then we guide you to Solar Hill to the bike course for snacks, cold drinks and transportation in our air-conditioned motor coaches to our cheer zone on the run course. We also include drinks, fan “swag” and a place at the local pub we’ve rented out to cheer on the runners. We are near the finisher stadium, so you won’t miss any of the action on race day! Many spectators on tour have told us the fun and convenience of their race day services was absolutely “worth the price of admission!”

Twelve years on, the Ramada Park Nuremberg hotel continues to serve as our Challenge Roth Tours headquarters. Just a 5-minute ride into Nuremberg’s pedestrian city center, this hotel location affords you a quiet sleep, spacious rooms with private balcony, full-size bathtubs with shower, and the convenience of a sauna, indoor pool, steam shower, and fitness center. Onsite restaurants and a lobby bar make it a hub of activity for the tour.

Walk to your choice of two local swimming pools (one is an 8-lane Olympic pool), take advantage of the huge green park with running and biking paths for your light training, and enjoy sightseeing, dining, grocery, pharmacy, bakery, and ATM all within walking distance. The staff here make it a favorite choice, as they know our athletes’ needs well and truly cater to our group. A secure bike room and pro mechanic are onsite. Great choice for families with younger children.

All Challenge Roth Tour details are subject to change. Challenge Roth race entry is purchased in a separate transaction, online, from the race office, using the access code we provide to you. All race entry access codes expire on October 30, 2025. You are responsible for activating your personal code and link in order to register, typically a 72-hour time window. Challenge Roth governs the race entry. Individual race entry for 2026 is 799 Euros ($875 USD).

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that after December 30, 2025 no changes or refunds will be made for any tour, no exceptions. Travel insurance recommendations are below.

Interest-Free Payment Schedule

You may elect to make payments with our interest-free installment plan. We process your initial $750 per person deposit (non-refundable), and collect a second installment on July 1 of 50% of your remaining balance. The final balance is collected on November 30, 2025.

If you request a customized, interest-free payment plan, all final payments are due by November 30, 2025. All pricing stated is per person. Athletes and spectators are charged the same price, as you have access to the services, activities, tours and transfers, regardless of your racing status.

Airfare is not included, but we are happy to help you with complimentary air travel planning. Transaction fees for our credit card transactions will be collected in addition to stated tour fees.
