The Park Plaza Nuremberg version of the Challenge Roth Tour is the newest hotel in our lineup. Training Here

From the Park Plaza, we’ll guide you on a scenic and fun running route each morning (Wednesday and Thursday). There’s also an easy tram route to get to your choice of swimming pools, and we provide you with a popular cycling route that takes you out of the downtown area. Should you wish to train in Roth, take a short train to Roth station or Roth/Lohgarten station and do some swimming, biking on the race route and run on the cobblestones at your convenience. To get the most from your race week training we advise booking the 7-night tour.

The Park Plaza is recognized as a Sports Approved hotel by the ISTAA, the International Sports Travel Agencies Association, for its state-of-the-art fitness, wellness and comfort for athletes. The Park Plaza’s fitness center has top of the line TechnoGym equipment.

Bike Room

All Park Plaza athletes will have access to the bike room at the Le Meridien hotel (next door), where our pro bike mechanic team will be based.

Pricing is for travelers ages 13 and up. Children ages 12 or younger travel at no additional cost on the Best of Bohemia tour. All prices are in USD.

Terms and Conditions

All Challenge Roth Tour details are subject to change. Challenge Roth race entry is purchased in a separate transaction, online, from the race office, using the access code we provide to you. You are responsible for activating your personal code and link in order to register, typically a 72-hour time window. Challenge Roth governs the race entry. Race entry fee for individuals is 749 Euros.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that after December 30, 2024 no changes or refunds will be made for any Challenge Roth tour, no exceptions. Travel insurance recommendations can be found below.

Interest-Free Payment Schedule

You may elect to make payments with our interest-free installment plan. We process your initial $750 per person deposit (non-refundable), and collect a second installment on July 1 of 50% of your remaining balance. A final balance is collected on September 30.

We can also customize a payment plan for you. All tour payments must be completed no later than December 1, 2024. All pricing stated is per person. Athletes and spectators are charged the same price, as you have access to the services, activities, tours and transfers, regardless of your racing status.

Airfare is not included, but we are happy to help you with complimentary air travel planning. Protect Your Tour Investment

Please consider a travel insurance solution to fit your individual needs. We partner with World Nomads to offer several options to help you mitigate your risk of financial loss should you need to cancel your tour after December 30, 2024.

There are additional trip coverage plans out there that offer a “Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) addendum such as Seven Corners. It’s important to note that if you opt for a CFAR plan, this typically must be purchased within 20 days of your initial trip deposit, and will cover up to 75% of your trip expenses.
