Meet RaceQuest Travel
Krista Baker
CEO and Co-Founder
Krista is a world traveler, experienced marathoner, triathlete and mountain biker who lives life on the road less traveled. She's also a multi-sport industry veteran and co-founder of RaceQuest Travel. Her knowledge, expertise and heart for helping others explore new destinations and cultures has been a common theme throughout her life.
Krista knows what it means to travel as an endurance athlete. Her experience as VIP Director for a major race management company, and her marketing work for a professional triathlon team serves her well when she's building training and race travel packages for our athletes.
When Krista isn't scouting new destinations for RaceQuest travelers, you are equally likely to find her shredding singletrack near her home in Bentonville, Arkansas, or taking time away for an introspective walk along “The Way,” her beloved 500-mile Camino de Santiago pilgrimage in France and Spain, a trek she has completed six times.
Kelli Eldridge
CMO and Co-Founder
Kelli became a triathlete in 2009 at a sprint distance race at the US Gulf Coast, having spent her life up to that point as a self-confessed tennis nut.
Like many new triathletes, that first finish line changed Kelli's life - and her career path. Professionally, her background in international travel marketing, sports marketing, public relations and project management helps us tell the RaceQuest story uniquely, every day.
Kelli is living her dream of combining travel, marketing and media expertise with her passion for endurance sports as a RaceQuest co-founder and endurance sports marketing consultant. Her favorite aspect of her RaceQuest role? Interacting with the heart and soul of RaceQuest…our incredible clients. If you phone into RQ, chances are good Kelli will be the one personally taking your call.
Kelli crossed her first "half ” distance triathlon finish line in 2012 in Augusta, Georgia. Her passion these days is providing support and on-the-ground expertise for RaceQuest tour events throughout the world. It’s taken her to some pretty inspiring places, from Iceland’s Laugavegur Trail to the warmth of Costa Rica. The tennis court will, once again, have to wait.
