RaceQuest Travel presents a rewarding coaching program that affords you the opportunity to teach and train your athletes at our world-class playground on Costa Rica's Pacific "Gold Coast."

Coaching Program Highlights
For each week of your participation as camp Coach, you'll enjoy a comprehensive compensation package including:
Airfare / travel expense stipend
Coaching salary
Paid accommodations at our 5-star resort (includes 2 nights of "prep" and 5-6 nights of camp)
Complimentary meals during your stay
Experienced, professional camp support from the RaceQuest team prior to your camp and on-site during your stay
Training route "re-con," maps, and assistance with building your camp itinerary
Flexibility; we help you tailor training camp experiences to your clients' needs
Access to new training facilities at our resort: fully-equipped gym, 4-lane 25 meter lap pool, open water swim course, tested trails and courses for running and hiking, athlete-tested scenic bike courses
Guest Program for non-training clients, providing them with an equally awesome experience in Costa Rica with access to activities of their choice: zip-lining, catamaran cruise, massage, yoga, SUP lessons, etc.
Easy online registration and camp roster administration
Marketing, social media, email and paid advertising support for your camp

Option to offer a camp exclusive to your group, or open it up to all athletes, or both; sell into the camp week with your athletes, then we’ll open it up to RQ past travelers on a first-come, first-booked basis
Simply put, what we do through our Coaching Program allows you to focus solely on doing what you're passionate about; helping athletes break new ground and achieve their athletic and personal goals. RaceQuest Travel handles all logistics and sets up the first-class camp infrastructure for you!
