Training Accommodations
Our recommendation for combining training with a world-class destination experience is the car-free town of Las Catalinas, Costa Rica.
At Las Catalinas you have access to large villa homes, individual studios, spacious flats, and the new 5-star Santarena Hotel at Las Catalinas. All accommodations are in the heart of this lovely beach community full of the character and colors of Costa Rica. Campers and guests typically book 5 to 6-nights' stay that we can customize for you with daily housekeeping and laundry service, a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, use of the Las Catalinas resort facilities, spacious and luxurious living spaces, terraces, ocean views, and even a private plunge pool if you wish. You'll also enjoy the convenience of the onsite business center, WAKE recovery day spa, cryo-therapy, salon, restaurants, Pura Vida Ride bike shop, yoga pavilion, mountain bike rentals, Technogym equipment, a well-stocked wine cellar, Copper & Stone market, deli, juice bar, onsite car rentals, and much more. VILLA HOMES
Villa homes typically feature 3 to 7 bedrooms and can accommodate groups. Depending on the number of campers, we may rent a large villa home to share for our training camp events at Las Catalinas.
THE FLATS
The flats are typically 1 or 2-bedroom homes with full kitchens, living space, laundry and convenience to Las Catalinas amenities.
STUDIOS
Studios usually have a living/sleeping space, loft, or 1 separate bedroom. The studios contain kitchenettes or full kitchens and all have washer and dryer in-unit.
THE SANTARENA HOTEL
A boutique hotel in the heart of Las Catalinas’ town plaza, Santarena is convenient to everything including Pura Vida Ride multisport shop, the beach and the trail system.

With fine dining, concierge service, rooftop pool, and oceanfront location, the Santarena Hotel is a new 45-room boutique hotel option for our camps at Las Catalinas.
Every room is beautifully appointed and makes a perfect recovery space after a day of training or exploring. Rooms are single or double occupancy accommodating up to 2 people in each room. Ocean view, balcony suites are also available.
Please note: the accommodations at Santarena include access to the rooftop plunge pool, but access to the Las Catalinas oceanfront saltwater lap pool and gym is available at an additional charge. (approx. $80 per person, per day) For camp attendees, we include this fee in your camp registration.
