Located within a large, green park in a quiet suburb of Nuremberg, the Congress Mercure hotel package includes 5 nights of 4-star accommodations, round trip airport shuttles for Munich airport, daily buffet breakfast, all transfers to and from Roth for your race activities, VIP race day for you and your spectators, and assistance onsite from our highly experienced Challenge Roth tour leaders.

Situated about 750m from the excellent local transportation system, the Congress Mercure hotel is convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. You can also walk to an Olympic, 8-lane swimming pool nearby.

All Challenge Roth tour packages feature access to purchase your guaranteed race entry, if you need one, until October 30, 2025, or when we reach sold out status. The race entry fee for 2026 is 799 Euros ($875 USD) in addition to your tour fee.

The Congress Mercure in Nuremberg is about 25 minutes from Roth. No need to rent a car, as we provide your transfers for all official Challenge Roth race week events and race day.

Race entry fee is 799 Euros ($875 USD).

4-STAR ACCOMMODATIONS at the Congress Mercure hotel in Nuremberg for you and your guests. Choose Single, Double (Queen) or Double (Twin Share) occupancy. Rooms are spacious, air-conditioned, non-smoking and have modern amenities.

EXPERIENCED TOUR LEADERS: Personal support from Challenge Roth-experienced guides who care about every aspect of your tour, your travel and the event. Our tour leaders have the expertise and critical local knowledge to assist you with your needs throughout the tour. Many have raced Challenge Roth themselves, and all tour leaders have many years of guiding this race week tour.

ALL GROUND TRANSPORTATION: Leave the driving to us! We include round trip airport shuttles to the hotel from Munich airport, and all transportation to key race week activities in Roth. Transfer time to Roth is approximately 25 minutes. No need for a rental car, but should you wish to have one, there is free parking at the Congress Mercure hotel.

DAILY BREAKFAST: Enjoy a full breakfast each day with hot and cold buffet options.

SWIM COURSE PRACTICE: We give you a detailed look at the swim course, transition, and you have the opportunity to swim in the canal. After this, we provide a detailed bike and run course orientation briefing. Valuable information for race day.

BIKE & BAGS RETRIEVAL AFTER THE RACE: We transport your bike to T1 for check-in, and after the race we retrieve your bike and 2 gear bags from T2 and deliver them back to the hotel for you on Monday mid-morning. This saves your energy and gives you time to celebrate and relax at the finish line without worrying about the bike.

VIP RACE DAY: Spectators who are booked on any of the Challenge Roth tours will have access to a spectacular race day! We have our own spectator zone at the swim start with hot coffee, tea, and pastries, then we guide you to Solar Hill to the bike course for snacks, cold drinks and transportation in our air-conditioned motor coaches to our cheer zone on the run course. We also include drinks, fan “swag” and a place at the local pub we’ve rented out to cheer on the runners. We are near the finisher stadium, so you won’t miss any of the action on race day! Many spectators on tour have told us the fun and convenience of their race day services was absolutely “worth the price of admission!”

Walk through the scenic park to the 8-lane Olympic swimming pool, run and bike in the park and enjoy sightseeing, dining, grocery, pharmacy, bakery, and ATM all within a short distance into Nuremberg (1/2 - 1 mile). A secure bike room to store your bike and box is also available at this hotel.

All Challenge Roth Tour details are subject to change. Challenge Roth race entry is purchased in a separate transaction, online, from the race office, using the access code we provide to you. All race entry access codes expire on October 30, 2025. You are responsible for activating your personal code and link in order to register, typically a 72-hour time window. Challenge Roth governs the race entry. Individual race entry for 2026 is 799 Euros ($875 USD).

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that after December 30, 2025 no changes or refunds will be made for any tour, no exceptions. Travel insurance recommendations are below.

Interest-Free Payment Schedule

You may elect to make payments with our interest-free installment plan. We process your initial $750 per person deposit (non-refundable), and collect a second installment on September 30 of 50% of your remaining balance. The final balance is collected on November 30, 2025.

If you request a customized, interest-free payment plan, all final payments are due by November 30, 2025. All pricing stated is per person. Athletes and spectators are charged the same price, as you have access to the services, activities, tours and transfers, regardless of your racing status.

Airfare is not included, but we are happy to help you with complimentary air travel planning.
