This ultimate Kona World Championship race week tour includes everything you need for a successful stay on the Big Island! With our Kona-experienced team there to handle everything from your airport pickup to supported training on course, Kona 2024 will be a stress-free experience for athletes and spectators alike.
Demand is high for our 7-night or 10-night travel packages with accommodations on Ali’i Drive. Please contact us should you have any questions prior to making your Kona booking. We offer your choice of resort hotel rooms that can accommodate up to four adults in the room, or 1-bedroom condos with full kitchen and ocean view balconies.

Premium 10-Night Tour: Ultimate convenience with Ali’i Drive 1-bedroom condo accommodations including stunning ocean views, full kitchens, balconies and swimming pool; positioned just .30 of a mile from the start and finish line of the race. (10 night minimum stay)
Classic 7-Night or 10-Night Tour: Oceanside, Ali’i Drive accommodations in a beautiful, completely renovated resort hotel (in-room mini fridge, onsite Spa and dining); 390 sq. ft room size, 600m walk from the Kona start/finish line. All rooms are Deluxe class with Partial Ocean View.

Oceanside condo location on Ali’i Drive, convenient to the start/finish; 1-bedroom and 1 sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi throughout the property, heated swimming pool, BBQ grills at the pool, lanai balcony for each condo, elevator service and laundry on each floor. Quiet, spacious, private location yet close to the race activities. LIMITED AVAILABILITY.

Classic Kona Tour
RENOVATED HOTEL ON ALI’I DRIVE / 7 OR 10 NIGHTS
This package can be booked as Single or Double Occupancy and you can choose from 1 King bed or 1 double beds in the room. A complete hotel renovation was completed in late 2022 and many amenities are available onsite: Spa with massage, chiropractic and other therapies available; dining options, oceanfront swimming pool, saltwater lagoon and fitness center. The Classic Kona Tour is available as a 7-night package or 10-night package in Single, Double, Triple or Quad share options. All rooms on this tour are Deluxe class with partial ocean view.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Due to the extreme demand for Ali'i area accommodation packages, the Kona 10-night package is non-refundable after June 1, 2024. Upon making your booking, please visit www.travelinsurance.com or the travel insurance provider of your choice to select a suitable travel insurance package to mitigate unplanned financial loss. We recommend a package with the "Cancel for any reason" addendum (CFAR) to cover any situation in which your Kona travel may be interrupted. NOTE: Most Travel insurance policies with the CFAR option require that you purchase them within 7 days of your initial booking to get the most comprehensive coverage. You can also find a good policy from WorldNomads.com that covers reimbursement for things like accident, illness or injury prior to travel that forces you to cancel your tour.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS
A $750 per person non-refundable deposit is due when making your booking. Balances are due on or before June 1, 2024. You can make an interest-free installment payment at any time, or pay in full when booking. Refunds can be made, less the non-refundable initial deposit, as long as you email team@race-quest.com to request cancellation for any reason. We will refund your card on file or provide refund by check. Travel insurance coverage is available through our partner World Nomads. After June 1, 2024 all accommodations and tour expenses are locked in with our vendors in Hawaii and no refunds are possible, no exceptions. Please obtain travel insurance to help mitigate possible financial loss due to cancellation.
