If you’ve ever dreamed of cycling iconic routes and climbs of the Tour de France while cheering the pro riders on several of the race stages, this combination approach is the tour for you.

During our 13 day, 12-night grand tour, you’ll stay in beautiful accommodations, enjoy excellent meals and on-course snacks, cycle in custom kit and apparel, and be expertly guided and supported along the route. Witness stages 13, 14, 15, 19, 20 and 21 (the finale in Nice) up close while traveling with like-minded guests on this small group adventure. Non-cycling fans are also welcomed on tour, with excursions planned for Lourdes, Bedoin, and Malaucene in Provence and Nice, to name a few.

The itinerary includes plenty of cycling opportunities each day (70km to 130km), combined with seeing all the action live at 6 key tour stages:

Stage 13 - Agen to Pau (Sprint Stage)
Stage 14 - Pau to St. Lary Soulan, Pla dAdet (Mountain Stage)
Stage 15 - Loudenvielle to Plateau de Beille (Mountain Stage)
Stage 19 - Embrun to Isola 2000 (Mountain Stage)
Stage 20 - Nice to Col de la Couillole (Mountain Stage)
Stage 21 - Monaco to Nice (Individual Time Trial Finale)

Beautiful Accommodations

Throughout the tour, you’ll stay in well-appointed accommodations. We’ve selected the best locations that give us optimal access to the stages we want to see and ride. All of our hotels are boutique and nicely appointed, catering to cyclists. Within a French country house vibe, you’ll love the delicious farm-to-table breakfasts, fine dining in the evening and all of your on-the-go nutrition provided during the tour. Accommodations are available as double or single occupancy and feature WiFi, lovely views of the mountains, balconies, and some have a swimming pool and sauna.

A Grand Finale in Nice

With the Olympic Games in Paris in 2024, the Tour de France finale will take place in the gorgeous French Riviera city of Nice. After witnessing key stages in the race over the course of nearly two weeks through the Pyrenees, Provence and the Alps, we arrive at the finale and the exciting action of the Individual Time Trial.

Meeting point on arrivals day is the Toulouse Airport (TLS) by 3:00 p.m. local time; transfer to the hotel near Lourdes

DOUBLE OCCUPANCY (King or Twin Share): $6,695 per person

SINGLE OCCUPANCY: $7,695

A $1,500 per person non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot on tour. Final balances are due on March 30, 2024. You may pay in full upon booking, or pay with interest-free installment payments.

Bike Rentals

We offer high end road and e-road bikes for rent during your tour. The fee is $795 per bike and can be added at checkout. Our carbon road bikes are equipped with Shimano Ultegra Di2 12-speed drive train and disc brakes.

Group Bookings

We welcome your team, club, training group or family and friends to join this tour. Even if you opt not to ride, the locations are stunning and sightseeing opportunities are plentiful! While this is primarily a cycling and Tour de France focused tour, we will make every effort to accommodate your group’s needs. The tour capacity is limited to no more than 40 participants, so please inquire with an email to team@race-quest.com and let’s begin planning for your group for 2024.

Travel Insurance

Please obtain traveler medical insurance or some type of travel insurance in the event you must cancel your tour prior to travel due to illness, accident or injury. The World Nomads Explorer Plan also covers you if you become injured during travel. Additional travel insurance options are available from issuers such as Seven Corners, or from companies listed at travelinsurance.com to suit your specific situation. After March 30, 2024, no refunds are possible.

Cancellation Policy

Changes and cancellation can be made up until March 30, 2024. Refunds are available until March 30 less a $1,500 cancellation fee per person.

Daily Itinerary

A detailed itinerary and GPS maps will be provided to every tour participant. We have designed the cycling routes to include the opportunity to ride 70km-130km each day.
