The long-course 140.6 mile event in late June (likely June 24) includes a sea swim in a protected inlet, a bike ride that takes in The Burren and Cliffs of Moher (UNESCO Global Geopark), climbs the famous switchbacks of "Corkscrew Hill" and rounds out with a fairly flat 4-loop run course through the spirited streets of Galway.
