Tour de France VIP Stage Experience

Tuesday, July 7 - Sunday, July 12, 2026

If you’ve ever dreamed of witnessing a stage of the Tour de France, cheering on your favorite pro riders, and getting exclusive VIP access that is unparalleled, this is the experience for you! While the focus is on Stage 7 from Hagetmau to Bordeaux, for those coming directly from the Challenge Roth Tour we include one extra night in Nuremberg or Roth, a walking tour of Nuremberg, a night in Munich, one night in Toulouse, and two nights in Bordeaux, spanning Tuesday, July 7 to the tour conclusion in Bordeaux on Sunday, July 12. Extend your stay with a trip on the TGV train from Bordeaux to Paris, making this a convenient way to get a flavor of the TDF in VIP style.

An Elevated Tour Experience

We begin on Tuesday, July 7 with a guided walking tour of Nuremberg in the afternoon, followed by dinner. (Meals provided today: Breakfast at your Challenge Roth hotel.) Tonight your accommodation is in Nuremberg or Roth.

Transfer to Munich

On Wednesday, July 8 at 1:00pm we will transfer to Munich and check in at our airport hotel. We’ll enjoy a team dinner this evening in downtown Munich and discuss the upcoming tour activities. (Meals: B, D)

It’s an early start on Thursday, July 9 as we take the 6:15am flight from Munich to Toulouse, France on Lufthansa. (Note the cost of this one-way flight to Toulouse is not included.)

On arrival at 8:05am, we will transfer and check in at our hotel in the Pyrenees. Your Team Visma hosts, Theo and Eddy, will meet you and offer a short ride on Team Visma road bikes. Tonight we’ll have a team dinner at our hotel. (Meals: B, D)

Stage 7: Ultimate Insider Access

It’s Friday, July 10 and that means one thing: getting ready for the excitement of Stage 7 of the 2026 Tour de France, with exclusive access to Team Visma Lease a Bike! This isn’t just typical cheering the riders on the side of the road. We begin with time at the team hotel, watching the team and staff prepare for the stage. Hear the strategies and tactics as a Team Visma insider. From there we take you to the Start Line Village (expo) where you have access to wander around the team buses. Awesome photo opportunities!

As the stage begins, you will head out in official team vehicles equipped with TVs and radios to follow all the action. We will make several stops along the way to cheer the riders. Then we will watch the race finish from inside the Finish Line hospitality area. After the stage concludes, we transfer to our hotel in Bordeaux and enjoy dinner together.

Bordeaux Wineries and Chateaux

Fresh off the excitement and exhiliaration of the Tour de France, we begin Saturday, July 11 with breakfast at our hotel followed by a tour of local vineyards and chateux, and there will of course be plenty of opportunities to taste the world famous local reds. This evening is free for you to explore Bordeaux before our final team dinner. (Meals: B, D)

Depart Bordeaux, onto Paris

It’s Sunday, July 12, and after breakfast we provide a transfer to the local airport or train station for your further travels. Many of our guests will opt to take the TGV high speed train directly to Paris, for an extra night or two prior to flying back home. We can easily arrange your additional nights and private car transfers with excellent hotel recommendations.

BIke Box Shipments

We can arrange bike box shipments from Challenge Roth back to the USA, through our partner, LuggageForward.com.

Beautiful Accommodations

Throughout the tour, you’ll stay in well-appointed accommodations. We’ve selected the best locations that give us optimal access to Stage 7. All hotels are nicely appointed, catering to cyclists. On the doorstep of some of the Tour de France’s most legendary routes, you’ll enjoy the delicious farm-to-table breakfasts, great dinners in the evening. Accommodations are available as double or single occupancy and feature WiFi and lovely views of the mountains.

Double Occupancy: $4,395 per person

Not included: taxes, booking fee, travel insurance, bike shipments, dinner in Nuremberg on July 7 and your one-way flight on Lufthansa (6:15am) on Thursday, July 9 from Munich to Toulouse, France.
